The station precinct at Brighton is part of the integrated masterplanned outcome originally established by CLE Town Planning + Design in 2007.

The Station is located centrally within the District Centre and delivers a variety of uses and dwelling typologies within the immediate walkable catchment.

Station parking is delivered through a range of permanent car parking sites as well as temporary parking stations which are located on future development sites, acknowledging that the area will continue to evolve over time.
