Martinovich
Partner - Planner
Daniel is a Partner at CLE, working on a number of large scale residential, commercial and industrial projects. Daniel possesses a diverse range of skills and experience developed at CLE and through previous Local Government roles. These skills are sharply applied at all stages of CLE projects from rezoning to built form implementation. Daniel has broad and valued experience in industrial and regional planning contexts. Daniel sits on the PIA WA Division Committee and the UDIA Infrastructure Standing Advisory Group.

Urban Design Team Member
Silvia has extensive knowledge in town planning, urban design and is highly experienced in 3D modelling design which assists in the visualisation of a project in early design process. Silvia has a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Urban Design.

Principal Planner
Simon is an Principal Planner at CLE who competently delivers many complex built form project approvals. He is experienced in development applications, Development Assessment Panel matters, large scale residential developments, infill projects and commercial development.

With more than 25 years at CLE, Alley is a much valued professional member of the business and leadership team. As Executive Manager and our Finance and Administration team leader, Alley brings a wealth of financial training, knowledge and practical experience ensuring the business operates seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine.

Senior Planner
Harry has experience in quick analysis and interpretation of statutory planning frameworks and project implications. Harry has excellent, clear communication skills which benefit all his projects. Harry has experience in varying contexts, in an urban infill environment throughout metropolitan Perth but also across regional WA.

Bennett
Managing Director
Jane has led the delivery of successful outcomes on major urban development and built form projects across the breadth of CLE’s portfolio. As a co-owner Jane has experience across the public and private sector. Jane has been instrumental in securing, often difficult approvals, to complex projects by working closely with stakeholders, building positive relationships. Jane is a member of the WAPC, on the Development WA Board and a Vice President of UDIA WA.

Gareth is an experienced, collaborative, and creative urban designer, who has recently joined CLE following eight years with an industry-leading planning and design company based in the UK. Throughout his experience, Gareth has developed a comprehensive knowledge of urban design principles, project management, supporting software, and industry trends that allow him to develop clear and creative strategies for all project types.

Executive Assistant
Sally has been with CLE for over 14 years and understands the administration roles of CLE. She is an efficient, capable and committed Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

Watson
Principal Planner
As a Principal Planner, Alex’s role is to be part of multi-disciplinary project teams on greenfield estates, activity centres and urban infill sites, deploying his commitment to relationships, organisation and communication skills and outcomes focus. Alex brings State Government sector experience combined with a sharp approach to policy and project strategy development. This gives him confidence working with a variety of stakeholders on a range of projects. Alex holds a position as the Property Council's WA Planning Committee.

Urban Design Team Member
Naomi has over 25 years’ experience and is proficient in AutoCad and Photoshop, combining her computer design skills with strong hand drawn presentation skills given her artistic background. She has a Bachelor in Fine Arts and a Graduate Certificate in Urban Design.

Partner - Urban Design
Neil leads the Urban Design team at CLE and has over 25 years’ experience in private practice. Neil has been the design lead on numerous projects, is passionate about built form outcomes and prides himself on creating high quality, commercially successful projects. Neil has participated in extensive public consultation programs and intensive design workshops and involved in projects from their inception to completion. Neil is Vice Chair of the HIA Environment, Planning and Development Committee as well as a member of the HIA Regional Executive Committee.

Belinda has been with CLE Town Planning + Design for over 12 years. Belinda provides invaluable support to our finance and administration team, bringing her sharp eye for detail, a passion for meticulous record keeping and outstanding organisational abilities.

Being in the industry for over 20 years, Mark has built a body of experience in town planning and urban design, including IT experience, the survey industry and Drone piloting. His proficiency in hand-drawn graphics, photography and 3D modelling helps bring our team’s projects to life for a broad range of clients.

Partner - General Manager
Eleni is a partner and the General Manager at CLE. She has extensive planning experience including in Local Government positions, with a broad and diverse portfolio. Eleni’s demonstrated ability to form strong working relationships with consultant teams and Government agencies is a key to her ability to deliver positive successful project outcomes. Eleni currently holds a position on the PCA WA Residential Committee and is the Secretary of the LGPA.

Planner
Cameron’s background in research and advocacy work has given him a comprehensive set of communication and investigation skills to ensure that clients receive the best outcome possible. Cameron has an extensive knowledge of the WA planning framework and supports CLE with detailed due diligence research and development assessment report writing. Cameron loves complex problems that require the creative navigation of several layers of the WA planning framework.

Merri applies her extensive knowledge of planning policies and statutory frameworks to deliver positive outcomes for Clients. In her role as Senior Planner Merri has excellent communication skills, and focuses on clearly communicating expectations, outcomes and deliverables with Clients and consultant project teams to ensure timely approvals.

Westdorp
Communications Designer
Ashley brings her creative design and artistic skills of over 10 years to coordinate desktop publishing, graphic design and communications marketing to deliver a high skillset in presentation. Ashley has a Bachelor in Creative Industries and is currently studying a Master of Design.

Senior Planner
Alex has strong experience in all aspects of planning assessment, specifically in the areas of built form, structure planning and subdivision, and has a particular interest in greenfield master planning and planning for activity centres. Alex values and prioritises proactive engagement throughout the planning process and enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver positive planning outcomes.

Senior Planner
Sophie is a highly competent and dedicated Town Planner with over six years of diverse experience spanning State Government, Local Government, and Consultancy sectors. Her professional journey has equipped her with a robust understanding of Western Australian planning frameworks and legislation, allowing her to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and deliver optimal planning outcomes.
