Western Australia’s dynamic economy requires land for new industrial spaces – and job creation. Planning for industrial estates and major infrastructure in a state whose population is expanding fast, is a challenge and exciting opportunity.

Northern Gateway Industrial Park
Harvis
Development of the first stage of the Northern Gateway Industrial Park commenced in 2021 once CLE had successfully seen the project through the rezoning, structure planning and subdivision phases.
The 177-hectare South Bullsbrook Industrial Estate is the first part of a much larger South Bullsbrook Freight and Industrial Precinct, earmarked as a future industrial hub serving Perth and the South West. The precinct is strategically positioned to leverage key regional and state transport infrastructure, including proximity to the Perth–Darwin National Highway and the planned intermodal freight network, supporting efficient logistics and supply chain connectivity.
As development progresses, the estate is expected to attract a diverse range of industrial users, reinforcing its role in facilitating economic growth, employment generation, and long-term industrial land supply within the north-east corridor of the Perth metropolitan region

Muchea Industrial Park
Harvis
Muchea Industrial Park is a 150ha industrial park at the interchange of NorthLink WA’s key arterial connectors - Brand Highway, Great Northern Highway and the newly extended Tonkin Highway. The subdivision is designed to accommodate all manner of industrial uses with a focus on regional distribution and logistics.
CLE has assisted Harvis from the scheme amendment stage through to subdivision first stage approval. CLE has more recently prepared an amendment to the approved structure plan to accommodate a local service centre, offering local amenity and servicing the daily needs to the catchment population.
