Leading WA education institutions have worked with CLE to improve their facilities and ensure they are making the best possible use of their property portfolios.

TL Robertson Library
Hames Sharley
CLE was the lead planner for the $39 million refurbishment of the heritage-listed TL Robertson Library at Curtin University.
It involved an additional storey of library working space, a servicing tower and significant external improvements to an important University building with recognised heritage value.
Responsible for achieving two Development Assessment Planning approvals, CLE liaised with State and local government and prepared all documentation demonstrating the project supported the overarching strategic objectives of the University precinct as well as state and local planning frameworks.
