Glendalough
Peet Limited
Statutory town planning services undertaken for Peet Limited included CLE securing approval for a 100 two-storey grouped dwellings through the Development Assessment Panel approval pathway. The team also coordinated the concurrent approval of a survey-strata subdivision application with the WAPC.
The site is approximately 2 hectares at 315 and 319 Harborne Street Glendalough and CLE's involvement through the development application process included the following key tasks:

Coordination of a large multi-disciplinary project team.

Regular meetings and ongoing consultation with the City of Stirling on a range of technical matters.

Attendance and coordination of material for three design review panel meetings.

Coordination of a responses to community engagement and design review panel feedback.

Providing planning advice for the coordination and refinement of architectural inputs.

Leading and coordinating presentation/s to the Joint Development Assessment Panel.

M31 Shoreline
M-Group
In 2017, CLE, on behalf of M/Group secured a significant planning approval for a five-storey development consisting of 56 multiple dwellings and 16 grouped dwellings located within the DevelopmentWA Shoreline Estate, known as M31.
The team provided preliminary design advice, coordinated the planning approvals process through the JDAP as well freehold and survey-strata subdivision approvals to enable staged development of three components of the site.
CLE's role required active ongoing engagement with the City of Cockburn, the coordination of a specialist project team and consideration of the proposal by the City of Cockburn/DevelopmentWA Design Review Panel. Preliminary design input by CLE , with regard to the development layout and the overarching planning framework, contributed to a timely and favourable outcome.
