CLE Town Planning + Design has been at the forefront

of place creation since 1978.

Founded by Peter Chappell and later joined by Tony Lambert, Chappell & Lambert delivered many landmark new communities in a period of rapid growth for Perth and the Regions. Based in Subiaco and working with all major land developers, Chappell & Lambert was later joined by Ian Everett to become Chappell Lambert Everett. The business continued to apply astute commercial principles and strategic relationships with Government agencies to create remarkable masterplanned communities which helped shape the Perth we have today.

40 years and CLE Town Planning + Design has evolved into a company of 17 valued team members who work across all aspects of Town Planning + Urban Design from our new West Leederville Office. In 2021 Jane Bennett became Managing Director and works alongside  our strong leadership team of Eleni Thorman General Manager, Neil Thom Principal Urban Designer, Allison Mobilia Executive Manager and Daniel Martinovich Principal Planner.

Whilst still grounded in the principles of strong and collaborative relationships with Government and an acute commercial focus, CLE Town Planning + Design continues to create remarkable places in both new growth areas and infill settings, facilitating the delivery of residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects throughout Metropolitan Perth and the Regions.
