Situated between Great Northern Highway and Tonkin Highway on Stock Road, the South Bullsbrook Industrial Estate is part of Harvis’ Northern Gateway Industrial Precinct. At 177 hectares of industry-zoned land, it will constitute the first stage development within the broader South Bullsbrook Freight and Industrial Precinct. CLE Town Planning + Design has progressed the site through the rezoning, structure planning and subdivision processes with first stage development expected to coincide with the completion of Stock Road circa 2022.

Muchea Industrial Park (MIP) is a 150ha industrial park at the interchange of NorthLink WA’s key arterial connectors - Brand Highway, Great Northern Highway and the newly extended Tonkin Highway. The subdivision is designed to accommodate all manner of industrial uses with a focus on regional distribution and logistics.

 

CLE Town Planning + Design has assisted Harvis from the scheme amendment stage through to subdivision first stage approval. CLE Town Planning + Design has more recently prepared an amendment to the approved structure plan to accommodate a local service centre, offering local amenity and servicing the daily needs to the catchment population.
